Do you take insurance?

We work with Aetna, Anthem BCBS and 1199. If you’re using out-of-network benefits, we can provide the necessary documentation to submit for reimbursement. If you have any questions about your insurance, deductible, or copay, feel free to give our office a call at (845) 238-4366—we’re happy to help.
 

What modalities do you use?

Our therapists are trained in a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),  Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,  Strength-Based approaches, and more. We tailor our methods to meet your unique needs, goals, and preferences.
 

How long will my therapeutic journey be?

Therapy is different for everyone—some people come for short-term support around a specific challenge, while others choose to stay longer for ongoing personal growth or weekly check-ins as part of their self-care. We’ll work together to set goals that feel right for you and revisit them along the way. You’re always in control of your therapy journey.
